We would really urge you to ask us anything about size, shape or colour before you order. We are always happy to offer advice where possible so that you are confident in your choices before you buy. Please do get in touch if you're unsure at all as we’d like to help you to get it right and for you to be happy with your bespoke Fenella lampshade. Email hello@fenelladesign.com for information- Our bespoke or made to order lampshades CANNOT be refunded but “off the peg” are exchangeable. All return costs are payable by the customer and must be within 20 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging
